You can return or exchange all eligible items within 7 days from the delivery date, as long as it's in unused condition with the original tags and packaging.

Yes, whenever possible, please use the original packaging for your return. Reusing the original packaging helps maintain the quality of the returned item(s) and saves material. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a refund.

Once we receive your item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You can expect the refund to your source account within 5-7 days after your return is received. It may take additional time before appearing on your account statement.

Colours may vary 5-10% due to various reasons like device colour tone, brightness etc.

We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. 

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the chances are that the order is in-process. As currently most of our orders are made-to-order, we will have to charge you.
